Initial situation

In order to make the purchase of goods for customers of the raw materials supplier Kündig more efficient, we were commissioned with the implementation of an e-commerce platform. The goal was to create a better experience for the customer as well as to automate internal processes in the ordering process.

Implementation

When designing the shop, the focus was on the appealing presentation of the raw materials. The clear and technical interface provides a quick overview of the Kündig Group’s entire product range. Various goals, such as requesting a specific offer, can be completed in a few clicks.

Product presentation

The products of the Kündig Group are presented in a round shape in reference to the logo. They give the otherwise technical-looking page a fresh and colorful look.

Search Engine

The intelligent search finds all relevant results in a short time. The search algorithm also finds the matching results if the input differs from the product name.

Shopping cart

Selected products are clearly displayed in the shopping cart with their respective specifications.

Account area

In the account area, the customer can, among other things, edit his personal data, view the status of orders placed and contact his personal contact person.
